4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery may not be available for all pin codes.

All COD orders are subject to telephonic verification prior to dispatch.

If we are unable to reach you within three (3) call attempts, the order may be cancelled.

Yanika may require an advance payment of up to 50% of the order value for certain COD orders.

Only Indian currency will be accepted at the time of delivery.

6. MULTIPLE PRODUCTS & PART SHIPMENTS

If your order contains multiple products, we may ship them together or in separate consignments depending on availability.

Each shipment shall be treated as a separate delivery contract.

Delay in one shipment shall not be treated as cancellation of the entire order.
7. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & NON-AVAILABILITY

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times.

If you are unavailable, additional shipping or warehousing charges may be applicable.

Failure to accept delivery may result in order cancellation without refund, subject to our discretion.
8. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & RISK TRANSFER

Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Proof of delivery provided by the courier partner shall be considered final.
