Welcome to Yanika. We take great care in curating and delivering premium imitation jewellery and strive to ensure your experience with us is seamless and satisfying. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept return requests only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, invoices, and any accompanying materials.
  • Any item showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery will not be eligible for return.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during sales, discounts, offers, or promotional campaigns
  • Orders placed using coupon codes or special pricing
  • Products returned due to minor colour variations (as colours may vary slightly due to lighting or screen resolution)
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
  • Orders returned after the 24-hour reporting window

3. HOW TO RAISE A RETURN REQUEST

Your email must include:

  • Order ID
  • Clear images and/or videos of the product highlighting the issue
  • A brief description of the concern

All return requests are subject to verification and approval by the Yanika quality team. Yanika reserves the right to accept or reject any return request at its sole discretion.

4. REFUNDS
Once a return is approved and the product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued only to the original mode of payment.
  • Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
  • Cash refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.
  • In cases where the product is unavailable for replacement, a refund will be initiated.

5. REPLACEMENTS
Replacements will be offered subject to product availability.

  • If the same product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product of equal value or opt for a refund.

6. CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed or dispatched.

  • Once an order is processed or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • There will be no refunds on orders cancelled after the 24-hour window or on discounted orders.

7. SHIPPING & RETURN COSTS

  • In cases of approved returns due to damage, defect, or incorrect product, Yanika will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For any other approved returns (if applicable), return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

8. IMPORTANT NOTES

  • All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch.
  • Slight irregularities or variations are characteristic of handcrafted and imitation jewellery and do not qualify as defects.
  • Yanika reserves the right to modify this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice.
